Developing a market-ready product
Marcus Wiesendahl, Head of Development and Application at BRATA, supports our customers in the BRATA-Technikum (technical center) in developing a market-ready product.
In the realistic production environment, this time a batter mix is applied first, followed by our popular blended breadcrumbs with cornflakes, which gives the product a crispy texture.
The rest of the process is flexible: products can either be tasted directly or prepared for later use by shock-freezing.
In this way, the product can be brought to market readiness in the BRATA technical center and the highest quality can be ensured at the same time.
