Groundbreaking ceremony in Nettetal!

Blue skies and bright sunshine – the conditions couldn’t have been better for the groundbreaking ceremony in Nettetal-Breyell.

Together with BRATA Managing Director Michael Wiesner, Mayor Christian Küsters (City of Nettetal), Dominikus Penners (Chairman of the Board, Sparkasse Neuss), Michael Hellenkamp (authorized signatory, Head of Building Construction at Köster GmbH), Bernd Sokolowski and Johannes Sokolowski (both fsp architekten), the second construction phase at the Nettetal site was officially launched.

Since the beginning of the year, construction has been started on 15,000 square meters for our new plant for blended breadcrumbs and coating systems, which is scheduled to go into operation in 2026 and will triple our production capacity.

Mayor Küsters emphasized not only the rapid progress of the project but also the strong partnership between the City of Nettetal and BRATA, with the prospect that it will last “for decades to come.”

Partnership and efficiency are also values that define us at BRATA. That’s why we look forward to this next chapter with great anticipation – and we are grateful for the successful start of the project alongside everyone involved.
