Breaded Hidden Champions: Arancini
Our “Breaded Hidden Champions” are lesser-known but great classics.
They showcase the many ways breadcrumbs can be used across different products.
One of these classics dates back to the 10th century:
Arancini were originally made from leftover rice, filled with ragù, peas, or cheese, rolled in breadcrumbs, and deep-fried. This combination of soft filling and a crispy coating is still a delight today.
At BRATA, we share a passion for breaded specialties – whether they are centuries-old classics such as arancini or modern reinterpretations. With individually tailored breadcrumbs, blended breadcrumbs and coating systems, a wide variety of products can be enhanced in terms of taste and appearance – flexibly and with the highest quality standards.
