Production Manager Alexander Boerenkamp takes us inside BRATA’s production and shows how raw materials are transformed step by step into breadcrumbs: precisely dosed, carefully formed into dough, and baked in our own oven. The dough then moves through the fermentation channel
before being crushed and prepared for further processing.
